Head for Pineapple Turkey

Take a look at this photo of the finished turkey for an idea of how to cut the head piece.

Cut head from mustard yellow felt (cut two).

Cut eye, bill and wattle from red felt (cut two eyes).

Stitch head pieces together between X following arrow direction - leave scalloped part open. Glue or stitch eyes, bill and wattle in place - stuff head with paper towels.

Lay pineapple on its side with green top forming turkey feather tail. Open up scallop end of head and fit over bottom of pineapple. Pin in place. Place on platter and decorate with greenery and/or flowers, fruits, veggies, pine cones, nuts, etc.

Makes a nice gift.
